OFFERING TELEHEALTH OR IN PERSON SESSIONS

Trauma is overwhelming you and your anxiety is out of control. The disturbing memories invade your thoughts and disrupt your sense of well being. You experience symptoms of anxiety, fear, irritability, flashbacks, shame, helplessness, depression, closing off of emotions, numbness, sleep disturbance and fatigue.  Traumas have hijacked your thoughts and stolen your hopes and dreams of a normal, happy life.

If this is you, we’re here to help. Your memories of past events will no longer have the same impact on you that they once did. You will begin to notice that your symptoms of anxiety are reduced, or experienced less often, your relationships move in a more positive direction, and your hopes and dreams are restored. Believe and imagine the possibilities!

hope. dream. believe. imagine.

Moving forward

You will be able to identify the factors contributing to your anxiety, process the pain and disappointment that has caused disturbances in your personal and/or professional life, and develop skills to help you moving forward, such as:

  • Increase self-awareness

  • Recognize the triggers that cause you to react

  • Replace reactions with actions

  • Build trust in yourself and others

  • Express your feelings and needs

  • Work collaboratively with others toward common goals.

Freedom to choose

A safe place for healing from trauma and anxiety is an important aspect of the therapeutic alliance. One of the ways we are committed to this process is by offering you a choice and allowing you the freedom to choose where you would be most comfortable...whether it be in our counseling office, or via online counseling within the privacy of your own home or office.

“Empathy has no script. There is no right way or wrong way to do it.
It’s simply listening,
holding space,
withholding judgment, emotionally connecting,
and communicating that incredibly healing message of
”You’re not alone.”
